It is handcrafted from durable stoneware. No two pieces are alike and may contain hand process marks.

About shipments:
Shipments in the Peninsula:
Shipping to the Peninsula is FREE for all our flowers if the order is over €50.
Shipping costs are €4.75 to the Peninsula between 3 to 5 working days.
Shipments in the Balearic Islands:
Shipping in the Balearic Islands is FREE for all our flowers if the order is over €65.
Shipping costs in the Balearic Islands are €7.20 (shipments from 4 to 5 working days).
▶At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
About Returns:
Unless the flowers have arrived in poor condition or there is an error in the order, we do not accept returns. In the event that you find yourself in one of the above situations, write to us hola@floueri.com and we will proceed with the return and refund of it.
On the stems of our flowers
The shades of the flowers are not always the same since they are treated natural products. The flower can be of a more intense or less intense color.
We try to ensure that all packages are fully usable, but since it is an organic material it is normal for there to be some part to be discarded.

Dried and preserved flowers do not need much care.
You just have to avoid direct sunlight and not get them wet. The only care is to carefully remove the dust with a brush or feather duster and that's it!
