Shipping on Peninsula:
Shipping to the Peninsula is free for all our flowers if the order is greater than € 50.
Shipping costs are € 4.75 to Peninsula between 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping in the Balearic Islands:
Shipping in the Balearic Islands is free for all our flowers if the order is greater than € 65.
The shipping costs in the Balearic Islands are € 7.20 (shipments of 4 to 5 working days).
▶ We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
About returns:
Unless the flowers have arrived in poor condition or there is an order error, we do not admit the returns. In the event that you are in one of the previous situations, write us hi@floueri.com and we will proceed the return and reimbursement of it.
On the stems of our flowers
The tones of flowers are not always the same since they are natural products treated. The flower can be of a more intense or less intense color.
We try that in all the packages are totally usable but being an organic material it is normal for any part to discard.
Flower care
Dry and preserved flowers do not need much care.
You just have to avoid touching the sun directly and not wetting them. The only care is to take out the dust with a pinzel or duster carefully and voila!
