Shipments and returns

 

Shipping expenses in Peninsula

  • Shipping to the Peninsula is free for all our flowers if the order is greater than € 50.
  • Shipping costs are € 4.75 to Peninsula (shipments of 3 to 5 working days).

Shipping costs in the Balearic Islands

  • Shipping in the Balearic Islands is free for all our flowers If the order is greater than € 65.
  • The shipping costs in the Balearic Islands are € 7.20 (shipments of 4 to 5 working days).
  • At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Deliveries

  • We guarantee that you will receive the flowers in 3-5 working days in Peninsula since the confirmation mail of the order arrives.
  • If your order has already been sent, it cannot be canceled while it is on its way, and does not apply the return.

Returns and refunds

Return for withdrawal:

  • In accordance with the provisions of article 102 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the client has a period of up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. In the event that the client decides to exercise this right, all payments received will be returned, except shipping costs, which will be € 4.75, except for shipments to the Balearic Islands, where they will be 7.20 €
  • It is important to note that returned products must be under normal conditions, that is, in their original packaging and without having been used. Before returning the product, the customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealing to avoid possible damage during transport.
  • The client must schedule the return by email hello@floueri.com within a maximum period of 14 days from the reception of the package.
  • Once the return arrives at Floueri, we have 24 hours to verify the state of the merchandise. Once the verification is carried out, the reimbursement will be processed, and the client will receive an email confirmation when performed. The money will be reimbursed in the same form of payment used and will be available in the client's account within 2 to 8 business days.

Return by defective product or error:

  • In the event that the reason for the return is the breakage of the product, the customer has a period of 48 hours to notify it, attaching photographs by email hello@floueri.com. After that period, the refund corresponding to the amount of the product cannot be made.If the product is defective or does not match what is requested, in that case, Floueri will assume the expenses of the return and sending of a new product.


Once the return comes to floating, we have24 hours to verify the state of the merchandise. Once the verification is carried out, the reimbursement will be processed, and the client will receive an email confirmation when performed. The money will be reimbursed in the same form of payment used and will be available in the client's account within 2 to 8 business days.

  • Be sure to look at your shopping cart, in which you can see all the products of your order.
  • All flowers are wrapped in paper and protected to get perfect to their destination.

Incorrect or incomplete shipments

  • Make sure the shipping address is correct. We cannot guarantee delivery if these data are incorrect or incomplete.
  • If we verify that the information provided is not correct, we will contact you to correct them and/or request additional details.
  • Keep in mind that the modification of these data will influence the delivery date.
